Room 1: 12:12 pm, I started calling trying to get an update on my husband. All people answering the phone is rude to the point that one person started yelling at me. If the nurse is too busy, (over 40 min) to pick up the phone with me, then who’s watching and taking care of my husband Mission: zero harm facility, but again who’s watching and taking care of my husband. “Zero harm facility”!
