Holy Cross accepted partial payments from me for my co pay balance, meanwhile (AT THE SAME TIME THEY TURNED IT INTO COLLECTION) Not only that the balance they claimed I owed them was questionable.
Doctor Leon (Leon something) horrible doctor, terrible attitude and extremely disrespectful. Made my family member feel horrible and discriminated. Stay away from his doctor if you care for your loved ones.
RecommendedMy dad was recently admitted to Holy Cross Health and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. Every single person from the ER, CVICU and 5th floor took excellent care of him. They kept my mom and I updated every step of the way as well. Special shout out to the nurses in CVICU Nell & Anthony as well as Avery on the 5th floor. The male security guard on duty at the front door last night at 10pm needs to go to sensitivity classes for the mentally ill and injured. He went on and on about my son being a BURN victim about face covering when his face was clearly burned and proceeded to be insensitive and harass my son who was clearly in pain. Kept picking on him and telling him to be quiet in the ER. You sir, need to take a class or two about how to deal with people that come into your ER. You have no business working with people. THEY DENY MEDICAL ASSITANCE IF YOU HAVE NO INSURANCE, THEY THEN SEND BILLS WHEN YOU REQUEST FINANCIAL HELP THEY IGNORE IT, THEY SEND IT TO CREDIT BUREAU TO RUIN YOUR CREDIT AFTER THEY DENY PROPER MEDICAL HELP! THEY USE THE NAME "HOLY CROSS" WHICH IS SACRALIGIOUS!

i had a horrible experience at holy cross. I wish I would have known before choosing to go there to have my baby, my baby had a issue with simply acid reflux at first.and they never gave him meds or helped him played him flat constantly no swing or anything..they never called me to tell me he had apnea after a spit up in the middle of the night.. he stopped breathing and they didnt tell me !!.they didnt tell me he had a murmur either. the nurses and drs , all but one nurse there were very rude and unprofessional. they said t... read more
I have a terminally ill relative at this hospital and they will not allow his spouse of 35 years in to see him! Your Care Policy states that you make exceptions for certain circumstances and compassionate care so what exactly must one do to receive compassion from you people? SHAME..ON..YOU..I work in healthcare myself and we would NEVER deny any family members the right to be with and say goodbye to their loved one or the patient themselves to be comforted and loved rather than die with strangers that obviously don't care. ... read more
Do not ever go to this hospital. The care there is horrendous. They are negligent. The nurses there do not care about the patients.
