As someone who has had other Cajun seafood boil focused restaurants that are based in the Midwest, I'm honestly very disappointed by the quality of food served. While I can say that everything was hot and seemingly "fresh" I have a feeling that the secondary qualifier is debatable. Everything came out within 10 minutes of ordering 2 appetizers and the holy crab special #5.
