As a suggestion always remember first impressions can make you or break you!!! First time coming to this restaurant on Resurrection Sunday. I asked the red bearded gentleman if he had a physical menu. He looked at me like he was annoyed and roughly said pointing to the menu that's all we have right here! Then promptly walked away. I stood there for a few minutes and got no assistance. So that was my Q to exit! I will never give my hard earned money to any establishment where professionalism isn't first and foremost. Pretty great food! Went for lunch with coworkers. Burgers, BBQ, tenders, mashed potatoes all excellent. Mac and cheese was pretty awful. Maybe it was just a fluke? Great service, very attentive staff. Good location and parking.

Holy Cow is a BBQ restaurant, but the French fries and cornbread muffin were the best highlight. Understandably, I am biased on BBQ. I've lived in TX, Memphis, and just south of Kansas City. This was not an equal comparison. We ordered the two meat platter with two sides. Which was a bit pricey for BBQ. The brisket, although seasoned well, was dry. Our baby back ribs were luke warm. We love Holy Cow. We’ve been coming here since before COVID and the food is consistently great. The staff and service is always great even when managing rude guests (as I observed one day when I came to pick up my order instead of dining in) also, Evan is wonderful!
