She is NOT A reputable business owner, she did NOT communicate back and showed up at the wrong time WITH SOMEONE ELSE she did NOT inform me of and they stopped mid clean to collect payment as the lot she scheduled went over though she said she would extend if need be and I was paying cash. They hid a bunch of stuff in places and once they located prescription medicine the unannounced person went outside and Betsy collected payment.
