Great space with welcoming staff and members. Love they offer classes and open gym to drop ins. Helps when you're visiting and schedules get crazy. Look forward to a few more while we are in town.

Great box Miles did a great job of coaching really good community
Dropped in while on our mini-moon to Holy City CrossFit. Great coach, friendly folks and a solid workout! Would definitely recommend!!
We dropped in to a 6:30 class while on vacation in Charleston and had the best experience! Miles was extremely knowledgeable and the big class was very welcoming to two out of towners. Would definitely recommend this gym for a drop in or if you’re looking for a spot in the Charleston area to join.
