Seems shady...bought groupon, tried to schedule by phone and link listed on "business" website. No responses to those. Tried to go to address listed on website using Waze then Google Maps. There was only a field, no building! Left multiple voicemails at two numbers including from website, no response. Summary: multiple contacts - no responses - location is empty field, seems shady!

Bad business transaction. Purchased through Groupon and contacted as instructed per instructions through Groupon and from actual site. Nothing in return. Used 2 different emails as well and no reply to either.

The worst kind of business owner. Would leave zero stars if I could! Honestly I’m concerned this person has my credit card info from the booking site now. They didn’t show up to the appointment. I’ve been calling, texting and emailing for 2 days with zero response. Still got confirmation emails, so I drove 30 min through traffic, to a locked door, someone let me in. I’ve been standing here and this person is blatantly ignoring my calls. Go somewhere else and save yourself a complete waste of time.

Had my first appointment with Kelsey and it was awesome. I left with more confidence then I've had in years and my face was smooth for weeks. I saw a significant reduction with just the first treatment. She definitely knows her stuff. Thank you Kelsey!
