The worst kind of business owner. Would leave zero stars if I could! Honestly I’m concerned this person has my credit card info from the booking site now. They didn’t show up to the appointment. I’ve been calling, texting and emailing for 2 days with zero response. Still got confirmation emails, so I drove 30 min through traffic, to a locked door, someone let me in. I’ve been standing here and this person is blatantly ignoring my calls. Go somewhere else and save yourself a complete waste of time.

Had my first appointment with Kelsey and it was awesome. I left with more confidence then I've had in years and my face was smooth for weeks. I saw a significant reduction with just the first treatment. She definitely knows her stuff. Thank you Kelsey!

Absolutely LOVE Kelsey! I did a LOT of research on different electrolysis locations in the area and felt most impressed by Kelsey and her background/education. Blown away by her knowledge and professionalism. The process has been super comfortable and she’s an absolute thrill to chat with. I was super nervous about the process at first. I originally wanted laser hair removal but learned I wasn’t a great candidate for it due to lighter hair so my aesthetician recommended I try electrolysis instead and I’m so glad I did.
