Honest doctor and down to Earth
I absolutely love Dr. Howell! He spends plenty of time with the patient and is very thorough. With that being said, it's upsetting that I will be leaving the practice as a patient. The receptionist that answers the phone is INCREDIBLY RUDE. She not only yelled at me, but hung the phone up on me. At one point during the conversation regarding medication refills, I had to ask if I could speak to someone else because I didn't feel comfortable discussing my medical problems with her. Disappointing.
Dr. Holwell is very caring and listens to the patient. He does not rush through the visit and gives detailed explanations to the patient.
