Incredibly helpful I developed an issue on my way north up 81 and had to get the car fixed they were able to get me in and help me out when it seemed no one else had time. Such a great place highly recommend.
During our first (and last) multi-state, multi-week camping adventure with our single-axle travel trailer, we had a tire blowout on I-81. After getting the spare on, we found Holtzman Service Center at the next exit!!! I do believe that was a “God thing”!! Not only did they promise to have two new tires for our camper within a couple hours, they welcomed us (our labradoodle included) into their spacious, comfortable waiting area. I was in the area for a brief vacation, I wanted to check out the beautiful nature sights. Unfortunately I got a flat tire while in transit to Skyline Drive. I do not have a spare, the dealer never gave me one. Fortunately, I was able to turn into a Circle K which happened to be right next to a Holtzman Service Center. This particular center only services their company trucks, but a very helpful and friendly employee named Willie was able to assist me and refer me over to the Holtzman car service center. While vacationing in Virginia we had some issues with our truck’s brakes. We stopped at Holtzman Service Center for some help. They gave us an appointment for the next day but unfortunately the situation was worse than expected. They needed to order parts which came in early the next morning and they moved our appointment up by hours. Very nice gentlemen to work with. Did a great job and we are relieved we will be able to tow our 36’ camper home without worrying. Can’t thank them enough
