This company is screwing its customers with "minimum use" charges that are never disclosed in their lease and have gone so far as to disconnect my service after I paid for all of the propane in my tank leaving me no way to cook, heat or have hot water AND after a judge told them not to come onto my property until the trial date in July. Holtzman is a terrible company to do business with and has burned a bridge with a customer who has been writing them checks since 1995. if you want to get worked over, buy propane from these crooks. Their lease is inaccurate and they will charge you whatever fees they like. If you don't pay up you will be in court and they will take back the propane you paid for and disconnect your service. They are the worst to deal with. PERIOD.
Holtzman Propane is penalizing me for saving energy. I did not use enough so the are assesing an annual fee of $125!!
