If these are the Holtzman Propane people, they deserve less than 1 star. Beyond terrible customer service beyond terrible work. Flat out thieves stealing from hardworking americans.
My family and I had used Holtzman for about 2 years now because of their slightly lower rates. However, two Fridays ago when we had our tank filled will be the last time we use them because their customer service is horrible. We had to get a pressure test done bc our tank was on empty, the delivery guy told us that he had to send a technician bc there may be a leak, of course we agreed. They made us pay for his first hour ($175) up front. When the technician got out there he took the test again and told us that it was fine, ... read more

Decent gas station food. Cook was friendly and offered some options I hadn't considered. Good, friendly staff.
