They never answer there phone. It very hard to make appointments There making the doctor look bad with there foolishness of not answering the phone
I called over 30 times and still no answer, like come on. It isn't that hard to answer the phone. I've just been going straight to voicemail too! I'm not able to just up and leave my job, to go and book an appointment in the office.
I've called almost every 20 mins for the past three business days trying to make an appointment but every time I do, I always receive the same machine greeting. Are the appointments always double-booked that you can't seem to answer the phone during business hours?? So frustrating that this has been going on for the past three years at least.
Literally impossible to get a hold of them by phone, about 20 phone calls over the past 3 days and it goes straight to voice mail. You walk into the office out of pure frustration and there isn't a soul in the place (besides workers), its sad to see this is what our health system has come too.
