Can't even get through to make an appointment!! The phones are off from 11am to 1pm but you call at 1:05 and the phones are still off!! Is there no one working there at all?!?! Unacceptable!!

I called 800 times no answer straight to voicemail he’s been my doctor my whole life literally he was there when my mom was In labor nobody should have to call 800 times to book an appointment he’s an amazing doctor but definitely need better staff cause clearly they don’t answer the phone for sick people with sick kids

i genuinely believe the receptionists turn the phone off. every time i try to call her it goes straight to their answer machine, it never rings. always just get that message. impossible to get ahold of. had physically go down there to book my appt. when i finally got in, the i didnt hear the phone ring once. like as if nobody is calling them. the one lady was talking about her mexico trip and i was just thinking so all these times i try to call here this is whats going on? anyways doctor is good if you can actually make an a... read more

Couldn't diagnose stage 4 cancer in my mom said she was just in menopause....literally had a watermelon sized tumor. Making her look pregnant on a twig of a woman.
