Bright, patient-focused, Dr. Holtzclaw-Swan is an exceptional physician. He personally calls me to discuss lab results or answer clinical questions. His staff is friendly and responsive. I usually prefer female doctors, but he has always made me feel comfortable. I trust him.
He has been rude, uncaring and untruthful
I found Dr. Holtzclaw would listen to me, and I appreciate that he did bloodwork, and follow up for issues my previous Dr of ten years never addressed! One issue was fluid retention and weight gain,, with my autoimmune disease.. after some tweaking of diuretics, the fluid was gone, after a month of the right combo. 37#!! I’ve never found him to be rude.
