Context: My experience was in April 2025, during a very busy season at work (hence my me treating myself to a spa service). I am finally able to review the service I received. This will be a long review. I was very disappointed with my experience after spending $171.42 at Holtz Spa. I booked a Bio Sculpture Sculpted Nail Extensions service for April 2. Great location. Fantastic workers. Olenna was amazing, exuding positivity and friendliness. Alicia did a great job on my hair blowdry. I would come again and would recommend to others.
The secretary was extremely rude. She didn’t ask about my gender preference for the therapist — whether I preferred a male or female. When I mentioned that in the last 50 massages I’ve had in various places, countries, and cities, I was always asked about my preference, she simply asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment. I responded that yes, of course I would like to cancel, as I only feel comfortable being treated by a female therapist. She then replied, “You’re welcome to go to those 50 places,” and hung up…
