I booked at last minute massage without issues. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly reception and then I met my RMT, Samuel. He was fantastic, very nice and polite. He carried a calm demeanour and was great at walking through what I was looking for. He delivered an amazing high pressure massage which I requested. He was very professional and provided a great experience. Looking forward to my next visit.
I SO loved my massage and I totally recommend the services from Anna. She was very professional and understood my needs . I will certainly go see her again next time I come to Ottawa! The spa was very clean and I really enjoyed my afternoon!
Context: My experience was in April 2025, during a very busy season at work (hence my me treating myself to a spa service). I am finally able to review the service I received. This will be a long review. I was very disappointed with my experience after spending $171.42 at Holtz Spa. I booked a Bio Sculpture Sculpted Nail Extensions service for April 2. Great location. Fantastic workers. Olenna was amazing, exuding positivity and friendliness. Alicia did a great job on my hair blowdry. I would come again and would recommend to others.
