I recently had a terrifying encounter with a white pickup truck belonging to Holtz Builders Inc (license plate: 32C HTF) while driving through downtown. The driver, a guy wearing a black shirt and a flashy gold watch, was weaving recklessly through traffic, cutting people off, and nearly causing multiple accidents. He sped through red lights, tailgated anyone in his way, and almost hit a pedestrian who was just trying to cross the street.
