Went to Holtwick a few times before, not going back after this experience. The heating pads he used are blackened with grime and body oils with only a communal bath towel between you and it. You have to take your shirt off and lay down bare on the table (unlike my previous experiences) with no disinfectant in sight furthermore they didn't even shut the door like before, no privacy.
