Great group to work with as a subcontractor. We were impressed with how the project was handled and hope to work with Holtsclaw again soon.
This is by far the hardest company I have tried to work for! They are trying to charge me for extra stuff that I had no part of as well as don't want to pay me all of the money they owe me from the job! They think because they are the contractors they get to have all of the say so but they don't understand it don't work that way! Very hard to deal with this company! Our business recently did a project with Holtsclaw, and we couldn't have asked for a better GC to work with. We received our schedule well in advance, and our superintendent was great to deal with. Our trade wasn't rushed to complete the scope, and when minor changes needed made, Holtsclaw was more than accommodating. Looking forward to the next project!
