I had such a wonderful experience with this floral shop. They went above and beyond to make sure my arrangements met my expectations, showing real care and attention to detail. When the flowers I received wilted sooner than expected, they handled it with such a positive and understanding attitude. I truly felt heard and appreciated as a customer. They made it right without hesitation and even provided a beautiful new arrangement. Exceptional service and genuinely kind people—highly recommended shopping at this local florist!
What it was supposed to look like vs what I got! Anniversary flowers are supposed to be special. They did not make it look anything like the photo online. False advertising.
I went here for flowers for my dad's funeral at the direction of the funeral home. They asked me how much I wanted to spend; I said $600. They showed me flowers in the catalog which totaled roughly $350. They related they would add flowers to those to make them bigger. When I got to the funeral they were exactly as pictured in the catalog Not sure what the extra $250 dollars went for as there was a delivery charge also.
