Ordered 2 flower vases 16 days before pickup and the vase was wrong on one of them, while the other was not made then when the other was made the flowers were all incorrect looking nothing like what I ordered.
I had such a wonderful experience with this floral shop. They went above and beyond to make sure my arrangements met my expectations, showing real care and attention to detail. When the flowers I received wilted sooner than expected, they handled it with such a positive and understanding attitude. I truly felt heard and appreciated as a customer. They made it right without hesitation and even provided a beautiful new arrangement. Exceptional service and genuinely kind people—highly recommended shopping at this local florist!
What it was supposed to look like vs what I got! Anniversary flowers are supposed to be special. They did not make it look anything like the photo online. False advertising.
