The drivers are great. Your customer service is absolutely horrid and you don't really care, otherwise you'd fix it. Shopping for a new company. Absolute joke of a company.
These idiots somehow have my personal email and phone listed under my father's account. I used my phone to pay my dad's bill once. So forever after it is associated with my email and business phone. I have never even had propane, my personal property is connected to a natural gas line and always has been. Boarding on harassment for a bill my father may or may not have had at some point I do not get left alone. Avoid this company at all costs they harass people who are not even their customers.
The guys that come to fill the tank are always friendly and go right to work. I have no issues at all with Amerigas.
Service is great. But pricing needs to be more competitive
