They have been friendly and provide services on time! Affordable monthly plans as well.
Tried to get ahold of someone last year to come and put a small tank for our bunkhouse talked to your robots and then never heard back from anybody terrible customer service! Can't talk to a person anymore
The drivers are great. Your customer service is absolutely horrid and you don't really care, otherwise you'd fix it. Shopping for a new company. Absolute joke of a company.
These idiots somehow have my personal email and phone listed under my father's account. I used my phone to pay my dad's bill once. So forever after it is associated with my email and business phone. I have never even had propane, my personal property is connected to a natural gas line and always has been. Boarding on harassment for a bill my father may or may not have had at some point I do not get left alone. Avoid this company at all costs they harass people who are not even their customers.
