Jeff, Lora and son Jacob have had the utmost patience with us, we lost our home in the Alameda Fire in Phoenix OR we ordered our home from them and yes I have had total meltdowns in the process due to suppliers not being able to deliver Covid going on and shutdowns of factories, this family has taken my frustrations and been very kind.
