I dealt with Andy Holtmeier and thought he was great. He fixed a toilet problem that another guy could not. It turned out to be a pen flushed down the toilet that intermittently stopped up. He had to take the toilet off and shake it upside down.

I have used Holtmeier Plumbing for a number of years now, and I can't imagine getting better service from another company. Holtmeier Plumbing has responded to more weekend emergencies than I'd like to admit. Nowadays it's hard to find people that take pride in their work like these guys do. Not only do they take pride in their work but in their appearance, which I know may not be important to many, but I think it's an indication of the quality work they do. Very disappointed in the integrity of this company. After completing services in our home, we received our billing statement which we felt to be incorrect- we were quoted labor to be $80/hr but were charged $100. Additionally, they used ~$35 worth of materials, but charged us $200. We called the company and were told 'too bad'; they were right, we were wrong, buzz off. Will not reco to anyone. What a shame, I'd love to support local business but can not accept this behavior.
