Called March 13th to set a time for a quote on a new HVCA system. The person said the individual who does the quotes would callback. After waiting a week I physical stopped in to talk to someone about a quote and the individual at the front went back to the guy that does the quotes and he said he didn't have time even to talk to my. Since then I received three other quotes and had my new system installed by April 20th. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I will tell you the customer service of this company goes above and beyond like any company I have seen in a very long time. My experience with them I must say was stellar. Last week my freezer stopped working and I called one company who came out but was unable to service due to type of freon so he recommended Holtaus. We bought a Black stainless Oven, fridge, and dishwasher by whirlpool. And then a washer and dryer from Amana. When we were ringing out we were told that not only would delivery AND installation be included, but that since we bought 5 appliances there it was 10% off which wound up saving us about $500!!! Their delivery team was quick and knowledgeable. I highly, highly recommend them from start to finish!
