Our HOA decided to go with Holt Supply to replace our post lights, porch lights, and garage lights and we are SO glad we did! Not only were the lights of high quality the customer service went above and beyond. Brit was awesome to deal with, very professional and knowledgeable making our entire transaction seamless. Definitely recommend Holt Supply!

Maddie made what could have been an overwhelming process very pleasant; even fun! She’s professional, knowledgeable, and personable! I was super impressed with her attention to detail and follow up. The delivery guys were professional, cheerful, and careful with the materials. I’ll definitely go back if I do additional remodeling.
I am thankful that Jason Buchanan was so unwelcoming to me. At my first visit to the showroom, I was abruptly told to make an appointment. He was busy. So I accepted that excuse. Next time I arrived, I waited 5 minutes for him to answer the door, I was uncomfortable standing between two sets of glass doors on a sunny day. He again told me that I needed to make an appointment. Customer service is well and alive in the Holt showroom with Jason. Jason was friendly, organized, patient and helpful as we selected fixtures to upgrade my home. A pleasant experience and surprise as I found customer service lacking in most local retailers these days. Thank you Jason.
