Designer Couture, saw shoes in the windows display but lack the support I needed. Men shoe department assistant was kind and helpful while passing through Liboutin I got the roll of an eye and her back turned from the lady working there.
Came here with my husband to find him a suit for a wedding. We checked out the Tom Ford section first, a couple of people there were nice and tried to help, but most of the staff didn’t really seem interested in us, which was disappointing for a store like Holt. On the other side, the Bay staff were honestly amazing. They were so sweet and actually took the time to help us find something that worked.
