I'm very nice facilities
Save your time and money and find someone else. Service tech came out. Told us to replace multiple parts. They weren't even close to the issue .. after wasting hundreds of dollars replacing parts they demanded we replace .. called a privately. Ran forklift service company and within 5 min diagnose the issue and told us what the problem was. We replaced the part and everything's working great All CAT did is waste time and fill up some coolant. Shame what this company has become
The service writer was a liar. I asked her three times do you work on Skyjack equipment, oh absolutely we do she said. I even sent her serial number and identification plate. The service guy showed up and said that he knew nothing about this equipment or anyone working at Holt . A few days later I get a $400. Bill from Holt. I have bought a $100k forklift from them and other equipment. Looking for a different service -equipment provider.
