We have been renting Cat equipment all over the country for over 20 years. We work with many Cat dealers as we love Cat equipment and the Cat dealer network. This is the first time we had to rent from another dealer because Holt service was nonexistent. They are the first dealer to not honor our Cat nationwide account and didn't return our calls. On 01/25/2022 I had the pleasure of speaking with Manager Bryan (or Brian) of this location in reference to a question about loading equipment. Bryan went above and beyond to assist me with all questions and was a very friendly and down to earth person. Congratulations Holt of Roseville for employing such a profession customer minded gentleman on your management team. Would recommend anyone in the area to do business with you guys.
