I recently visted for a check up, when I got to the reception I told the receptionist I had already filled out the forms, as requested by text message, did I need to sign in on the tablet. I was told to take a seat. I had arrived 5 minutes early, 10:25, and waited and waited and waited. 40 minutes after my appointment time I approached reception again and asked if I did actually have an appointment today showing the receptionist the confirmation message on my phone.
