Dr. Holt was very rude! The staff was very very nice! I have a Gastro problem with acid reflux & the first thing Dr. Holt ask is, Have you had a COVID test? Guess what I am not going to get a COVID test unless I think I need too! I have not & I think I know my on body & have been dealing with this problem for years! Dr. Holt did not even examine me, he just said I am going to put you on Pepcid to go along with the medicine I take twice daily now for my problem! I felt like Dr. Holt was very rude and "know it all " mentality the few visits I had with him before changing providers. I would not recommend.
Dr. Holt is the Best! He has Great bed side manners and is up to date on today's medicine. I would highly recommend him.
Although nervous when I arrived, the staff, my anesthesiologist, and Dr Holt made me feel at ease. Dr Holt was pleasant and professional. I’m thankful he was my doctor.
I like Dr Holt but the practice scheduling staff is terrible. They tell you the will call back but don't. So far 5 times over the last 3 months. In December it was someone was out on maturity leave. Still waiting for an answer on the current issue.
I had experienced a chronic condition that required multiple surgeries and treatments. Doctors had given up on finding the root cause. Dr. Holt listened to my story, looked at my records and predicted that he knew how to fix the problem. For confirmation, he ordered a couple tests and he confirmed his diagnosis. One more minor surgery and my almost 5 years of various treatments were over. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Holt for restoring a quality life for me.
