I had an appointment here to close on a loan for a house to be sold. My appointment was 1pm and they were prompt in getting the paperwork done. This lawyer also provided some local knowledge to me about some contractors who might be able to assist me on a job. Very helpful. Pretty sure Mr. Floyd deals a lot with banks and loan transactions, real estate issues mainly but could assist with other items as well.

1 star because not only did I have to call every single day multiple times a day to ensure the Paralegal and attorney were doing their job to ensure I could close on my home, they dodged my calls on MULTIPLE occasions. I know this because I had to block my number to get an answer. At closing I was persuaded to accept my earnings from the Sale of my home in the form of a mailed check because the attorney acted as if a wire transfer was impossible.
