Called several times for a week and a half to get the account switched over AND a technician out to evaluate everything we had as WELL as fix a communication issue with the alarm. Called several times for a week and a half with NO call backs at ALL. Will not be doing business with a company that doesn’t communicate especially when their business is based on COMMUNICATIONS.
