Has been my doctor since 1980. Bright, quick to understand problem, personable.
I have been a patient of Dr. Wellemeyer for more than 35 years. He doesn't over prescibe and uses common sense medical when making a medical decision. His referrals to specialists have always been handled successfully. Dr. Wellemeyer always spends time with me even when he is running late. I have never had any unsatisfactory issues.
I wouldn't even give this dr a -10!!! He had a patient that he failed to inform of a suspicious spot on his lung and was suppose to inform him to have another scan in 12 months, he NEVER told that patient! Almost 3 yrs later that patient gets sick and finally finds out about that spot and yes its lung cancer! And its spread! Now this patient is terminal, what could have possibly been fixed cannot be now! This Dr has ruined this man's life! And in my opinion you couldn't pay me to go to this Dr! I have been a patient of Dr. Wellemeyers for 33 years. He is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have est met. He takes his time to explain things and answer questions. Highly recommend.
