Holt sends Rob to help us and he is Wonderful. I love working with him! He is a great problem solver and figured out a way to get my doorbell fixed by convincing someone to lend us batteries who, was a bit reluctant to do so, I hadn't realize the wired doorbell that chime require as many batteries as a wireless doorbell and I didn't have any of the correct size batteries. Rob also has a quiet, fun sense of humor that I like!
Rob is so patient and helpful, it is a delight to work with him! I know I took him out of his comfort zone in asking him to help me order a doorbell, but he jumped onto his cell phone and located what I needed. I have now order it and he said he will come back when I receive it!
