Absolutely love this OB and office! This is my third pregnancy and third provider, so I have a solid point of comparison, and this practice stands out in the best way. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room, and Dr. Holt is incredibly kind, attentive, and never makes me feel rushed. She has a bad attitude. English is her second language, but she doesn't seem to be comfortable around people who are also second language speakers. I felt really uncomfortable around her. Also I received a mail from her that she can not have me as a patient anymore. She is so rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend her to anyone.
I really like Catherine — she’s professional, kind, and someone I trust with my care. That said, the receptionists are shockingly unprofessional, disorganized, and dismissive, and it’s made staying with this practice extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, our experience with this practice was disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter based on Dr. Holt’s strong reputation as a pediatric gynecologist. After waiting several months for availability, we were informed at the day of our appointment that they still didn’t accept our insurance—despite already having had to switch providers once before due to the same issue.
