She has a bad attitude. English is her second language, but she doesn't seem to be comfortable around people who are also second language speakers. I felt really uncomfortable around her. Also I received a mail from her that she can not have me as a patient anymore. She is so rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend her to anyone.
I really like Catherine — she’s professional, kind, and someone I trust with my care. That said, the receptionists are shockingly unprofessional, disorganized, and dismissive, and it’s made staying with this practice extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, our experience with this practice was disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter based on Dr. Holt’s strong reputation as a pediatric gynecologist. After waiting several months for availability, we were informed at the day of our appointment that they still didn’t accept our insurance—despite already having had to switch providers once before due to the same issue. As a new patient to find a new OB, I get very nervous finding a new care provider and whether or not you will connect with them. But I cannot be more thankful and blessed to have such a wonderful first-time mom experience, than to share it with Dr. Holt. She was hands down, by far absolutely amazing! I asked around for a new OB after my last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. A friend recommended Dr Holt. I made an appointment as early as they would take me. I then ended up in the ER gonna Friday evening. I called the office on Monday morning, Dr Holt herself called me back and ask that I come in.
