Absolutely the worst Personnel working parts counter. Trying to get a motor rebuilt in a 4077 just ordering the parts ordering the gaskets and everything else has been an absolute nightmare with them. Call try to order a roommate seal and he said it would be in the morning. I said thank you very much showed up today and there's no seal hasn't even been ordered yet. Great Service Department. Worked on my 259D delivered on time and fixed right !!
Called service dept over a period of 3 weeks trying to get field service on a loader spoke to Gerald on every attempt to pay someone $175 per hr. After no call back, kept calling, leaving messages, finally on me calling again. Gerald states he was sick ok for ME to reschedule. I call back to make sure he confirms, Oops now he told me he was in training and forgot.
