If you’re planning on working here, go to RDO, Case, or kumatsu before coming here. Cat pays employees trash! Any job you can do at Cat, any other company will pay 5 bucks more per hour. Then let’s talk about upper management politics about placement of supervisors, that shouldn’t be supervisors. Ask any one that has dealt with lube service, Stephen Burk was the worst supervisor that would just sit there and do nothing all day, haven’t heard from my own supervisor in over 4 months... Horrible service! After having brakes and an axle seal replaced. I noticed I had fluid leaking from rear immediately after picking the vehicle up. Now I am being blamed and they do not want to take responsibility for their work. Now I am coming out of pocket again for work they already did! They are not offering any assistance with anything or owning up to there mistakes.
