Reputable, reliable, affordable and amazing customer service! I had a leak in my cabin water. I contacted Holt and got an immediate response. We discussed the probable source of the leak, the likely repair needed and Holt offered to come right away. Due to the input I received I was confident to proceed with the repair on my own. Holt was really supportive. Whenever I have an issue I can’t resolve, Holt will be my first call.
It was the first time I called them and within an hour Nathan arrived and found and fixed the problem. He was courteous and professional and had the knowledge to work with an older model RV Problem #2 this year another problem thankfully before it got way too hot .I messaged them they were there within an hour diagnosed the problems and had it fixed fast . Highly recommend the Holt Brothers
Michael Holt... Just avoid
I was in a pinch and needed some major repairs before I headed north for the summer. I inquired to Jason on a Friday morning and on Friday afternoon he was on site evaluating my issue. By the following Friday he replaced my heat pump and made time to replace my toilet as an after thought on the same day!!. Aside from being fast and thorough, he was willing to answer questions that I had about little things like battery maintenance and other little stuff. The Holt Brothers are in my speed dial!!
I highly recommend Jason at Holtz RV Repair. We had a propane leak in our RV, and they came out to our house, figured out it was the stove, and fixed it. Super transparent with pricing, stuck to the quote, and got the job done right. They also went above and beyond and checked the battery and gave us a recommendation for replacement. Really easy and professional to work with. I appreciated the quality of work and integrity and will call them again.
