My son’s engine had a major malfunction while driving through Lansing on a Sunday. We had the vehicle towed to Holt Auto Service because it was a close shop. The engine needed a full replacement which was too much to spend on the car. We live over 60 miles away and Holt Auto charged us only $80 for the inspection, and allowed us to leave the car for another week until we were able to arrange selling it to a used parts yard. We appreciated their excellent customer service.

I’m all about reviews. I read reviews before going to a car repair shop or restaurant. I chose this place after reading good and bad reviews but felt it was a place I could trust to fix my vehicle and fix it correctly. I went there with one issue with my vehicle. They gave me an estimate for several issues which one of was tires. I already scheduled an appointment with a tire place for new tires I just needed my brakes fixed. I had them do the other repairs.
