David Holt was very personable and professional in his work. Since I needed an appraisal in a timely manner, he was very accommodating with the block of time I was able to come to Franklin from out of state. He did a very thorough inspection and the comprehensive report was done to IRS standards for an estate appraisal. I would highly recommend Holt Appraising.
Holt Appraising was very easy to work with. They made accommodations to meet us when we could be there for our mountain cabin (we live out of state). They were prompt and thorough, and we were very pleased with their services. And, David was a very nice person, who was well informed with the market. We highly reccomend Holt Appraising!
