Dr Holt is always friendly and professional. He has a great staff that are very nice and knowledgeable.
I never write bad reviews. This place is so unprofessional! My exam went well, but I have been waiting over 8 weeks for them to mail me my glasses which they have in their office- claiming they “just haven’t have time to take them to the post office.” I STILL haven’t received them after 8 WEEKS! I live out of state, otherwise I would have picked them up myself. Just lazy with no concern for their patients! Absolutely unacceptable way to run a business, please go elsewhere.
