This place is absolutely terrible.Terrible company, terrible food, and terrible workers. I wouldn't hire this place if someone paid me. Their employees are rude and have no business serving people with their attitudes. A huge lack of professionalality.
I got food poisoning from the food.
I rebooked Holston's Catering for my 2025 family reunion trip to Sevierville. We first experienced them in 2023 for that family reunion. The food was so good that time that I rebooked them this time. The food was nothing short of terrible this time. The bacon was swimming in 3 inches of grease with nothing to soak it up. The sausage gravy literally tasted like water, flour and pepper.
