I was sent to HVMC Emergency room by an urgent care. I was checked in quickly, went through the triage. It wasn't long before I was taken for blood work and then a CT scan. The nurse and doctor were both excellent and efficient. After only 3-1/2 hours, I was diagnosed, discharged, and on my way to pickup my prescriptions. A very quick and helpful visit to the ER.
Horrible service no doctor saw me for over 12 hours or even checked on me. They stuck me out in the waiting room and didn’t hear from them at. There was multiple people that they done this to. One gentleman was struggling to breathe and requested help multiple times finally after him asking about ten times they finally got him an oxygen then sat him back out in the waiting room
Terrible service, long wait times, had to say something before discharged, didnt give any answers for medical concerns
