I went in today for the first time with a billing question! I was greeted with a smile as soon as I opened the door with a how may I help you by Joanna at the front desk! She called the billing expert Jessica and she was down in the lobby in less than 30secs where I was and had the same positive friendly attitude also from the moment we met! This company is just about as bad as Ballad Health. Can't get anyone on the phone. Call backs take days most of the time and employees are rude and unhelpful. Controlled prescriptions are a nightmare to get approved and there is no communication between departments. If I can find some other provider to switch to, I will most likely do that.

Don’t waste your time going to their “open job fair day”. I guess you have to know someone to work at any HMG office. Heather in HR was incredibly rude to me and refused to pass my resume along to any of the managers.
I have been dealing with the billing refund department for a few months. I have been given the run around. First they told me we have a credit of $316.22. Then they told me $256.21. We was charged twice at the HMG ENT doctor office which we only owe $30. They was suppose to fix it to one co pay. Leaving our refund at $286.21. The HMG ENT at the Sheridan square continue to charge us co pay in 2024. After we meet our deductible. Our problem started with them. Talk to billing department today.
