What moron thought wasting money to create a program that sends patients text messages with links to go through 6 pages of crap was a good idea and a great way to save money and create efficiency? You should probably fire him/her and hire someone with a little more common sense cause they missed it! I blocked your stupid texting number. You can't read the damn fine print, have no idea what you are accepting or declining and it's just down right a waste of time and money!
Dr. Whiles, Rick got me as a new pt in January diagnosing me with something that took more than one visit and a confirmation blood work and dropped me as a pt the day he was suppose to provide me a treatment plan. Then on the other side trying to get ahold of a patient advocate at the cooperate office to get assistance no call back like I was told I would get. online bill payment website has been "broken" since July 2023 of when I had an appointment. I have called numerous times asking about my balance of $150 and they say it is in their system but it shows $0.00 on online bill website so you can't pay it and they try saying that they are working on their website and it just never gets fixed and then you get sent to collections. horrible system that needs to be UPDATED IMMEDIATELY. I do not live in TN anymore so my only option was online pay!
