I would give no stars if possible. This group is unethical and has zero patient care. After being in Charlotte for a year they overnight shuttered all 10 offices and terminated all employees by email. This all happened during the COVID virus leaving patients with chronic conditions (ex: diabetes) with no primary care doctor or way to see their doctor that has treated them for years. I have no insurance and was quoted $102 for an office visit. I love my Dr. so that is fine, but after my visit, I receive a bill that says I owe $148. When I call the 800 number I am told that the office staff has no idea how much an office visit is and should not have quoted that price. Instead of listening to me, I was immediately threatened with being turned over to collections!! My husband is also a patient and has had no Blood pressure medication in over a week because they will not reply to the pharmacy....Absolute... read more

Terrible customer service, they are very rude and it is a constant headache to even try to talk to anyone or getting any results. When you have a heart test done it should not take 6 weeks to receive the results when I received the report from the facility within 2 days. North Carolina doctors that went with this group this was a huge mistake. I will be finding a different doctor in a different group. I have worked in the medical field as a office manager and this is not how you run a doctors office.

Terrible customer service and patient care. No one seems to know what is going on, nor do they care!! This group is in total disarray. Not to mention you need to talk to an operator in Tennessee, to leave a message for someone in North Carolina, to then wait hours to repeat the same thing is completely ridiculous. I will definitely be finding new doctors for my family.
