1st time staying here. Good location....u can walk to anything! Rooms were a little small. The room service was pretty fast for a Saturday night. They could do a little better on describing their food offerings. I ordered a chicken sandwich, which didn't state it was going to be Nashville's death HOT chicken! I couldn't eat it, it was so spicy and hot, plus they cooked it too long and had a burnt taste. I would recommend the donuts tho. Even tho you only get 4 little donut holes, they were GOOD! There’s nothing bad I can say about this place! Starting from entry to the hotel, they provided me early check-in from noon due to my Explorist status. Even if I didn’t have the status, they would have put me in a queue to check in sooner than the standard 4pm. Their key cards were so unique in the shape of vinyl records.
