I am building a home as a women as the general contractor…..Jim has been the most gracious human through my nightmare. Who would have thought grace from the propane gas person would help you get through the experience. Jim did everything he said when no one else was. He was patient. He was grace. He never disrespected me. Jim literally did everything they said and more. Thank you. I would never think of using anyone but you.

We had a Ferrell Gas service and tank and long story short they let us go without gas during the coldest time of year for over 3 weeks after we paid for the gas. We called Holston Gases and they were able to bring us a gas tank with 5% gas in it so we could get some heat to our home. The next day they came and filled it up the rest of the way. They went above and beyond to make sure I had propane for the upcoming weather… I had gotten very very low…they scheduled a prompt delivery time and they made sure to even bring me out a small tank to make sure I didn’t run out before they could fill me. They have been out and about on their weekends delivering to people just to make sure people are good to go!
