This company has started using an automated answering service for customer service. The problem is they never answer the phone regardless of how long you stay on the call. My heat pump unit has been torn up for sometime now and I'm not getting a new one until the end of October or even up into November. How can an electric bill be higher than it normally is when I have a heat pump working? I haven't had one for months and have nothing plugged up in my place but they still charge hundreds of dollars.
