Charged me $97.00 for an estimate on how much to fix a wheel bearing lol. Calls me and says it’s not the wheel bearing ,your tires needed rotated. I didn’t ask for that and no they didn’t!!! Still has the wheel bearing noise. Rip off!!!!
Based on the other one star reviews I've seen under this company I think what is happening. is the owner is losing his desire to work. I came in with a friend of mine who had just run over a nail and the tire was leaking air fast. It wasn't yet closing time there was no customers waiting, and the guy was just sitting there playing on the computer. He didn’t want to do a catless exhaust which is understandable. What i didn’t appreciate was after giving an opportunity to see it, he scheduled me for 2 weeks later, i dropped my car off the day before the appointment, and he doesn’t call me til 4pm the next day to say he can’t. Not wanting to do the work is fine but don’t have me waste weeks then hold on to my car all day and still not do the work.
