Mckenzie was great. However I am very disappointed with my overall experience. After spending about $23,000 on a new unit and air ducts, the first unit they got was cracked and they had to order another one, causing a delay. I’ve already had issues with the unit cooling my house. They did come out quickly to fix whatever they had done wrong though. But upon coming out to fix that, the technician noticed they didn’t even put air filters in. I’m still waiting on the filter after I was told they’d come back and bring one asap. ... read more
