Quality control and customer service are lacking. The entire battery compartment popped out of my 407k optic while shooting at the range. Only about two months out of the box, barely used so that screw should not have come loose from the factory. When I called to report the issue, a recording instructed me to send email due to overwhelming call volume. I had a sight fail to zero on me so I called them to see about the warranty and because it was a gift I wasn’t the original owner so it’s not warranted….. will not buy from them.

The people working here must be completely incompetent and or illiterate. I sent in a warranty claim request back in June after the sight failed three months after purchase. Here we are another three months later after calling, emailing, and even old-school paper mailing and these people had not even started to initiate the RMA process. Phone lines are terrible when you finally get though to someone. The robo greeting is crisp and clear but the people must be wrapping their phones inside of a sock inside of a wool hat inside... read more

Holosun great optics Co. I purchased a hs503c circle dot for my rifle. The optic is top shelf. Also lost the protective end caps, contacted Holosun and they replace them free of charge. Will not hesitate to purchase another one of their products.
