I called Holosun for assistance with my EPS Carry. I could not possibly say enough good things about the help I received. The person who answered the call was knowledgeable, polite, patient, and helpful in every way. I am grateful and thank you.
Quality control and customer service are lacking. The entire battery compartment popped out of my 407k optic while shooting at the range. Only about two months out of the box, barely used so that screw should not have come loose from the factory. When I called to report the issue, a recording instructed me to send email due to overwhelming call volume. They were quick to respond to my email when I reported the problem, but that was as good as it was going to get with customer service. They offered to send me a replacement if... read more
I had a sight fail to zero on me so I called them to see about the warranty and because it was a gift I wasn’t the original owner so it’s not warranted….. will not buy from them.
The people working here must be completely incompetent and or illiterate. I sent in a warranty claim request back in June after the sight failed three months after purchase. Here we are another three months later after calling, emailing, and even old-school paper mailing and these people had not even started to initiate the RMA process. Phone lines are terrible when you finally get though to someone.
