I have been going to Holods for a few years and have given this local place so many chances when I could have gone somewhere else and saved money. The guys who work the floor inside are usually helpful, but the women behind the registers are always miserable and rude. They are very dismissive and make you feel like an inconvenience every time you check out. I stopped asking them basic questions because they were never helpful and usually didn't care.
